LINCC’S RECRUITMENT PROCESS
Lincc have created a comprehensive recruitment process to help connect the most suitable candidate with the right opportunity.
STEP ONE: APPLICATION SCREENING
Our talent managers assess the skills and experience in candidate resumes against the role criteria.
STEP TWO: PHONE INTERVIEW
Candidates will be asked questions relevant to the role. This step takes approximately 30 minutes to get a thorough understanding of the candidate’s skills and goals.
STEP THREE: FIRST ROUND FACE-TO-FACE INTERVIEW
Following a match of skills to the designated roles, candidates meet with a member our management team face-to-face or via Microsoft Teams.
We use this interview to confirm a skills and cultural fit. These interviews take approximately one hour.
STEP FOUR: PRE-EMPLOYMENT CHECKS
Lincc conducts reference checks from a minimum of two past employers before presenting the preferred candidate to clients.
STEP FIVE: PRE-EMPLOYMENT MEDICALS
All new employees will be required to complete a pre-employment medical as well as being able to pass a drug and alcohol test to ensure that the employee is fit for work.
